The Judging

This is the serious part, where your submissions either stand out or blend into the background. There can be only one winner for each category and this is the process we follow to ensure the ‘creative’ awards by the industry; for the industry acknowledge only the finest work.

Judging is managed as a two-stage process with two different judging panels.


Stage 1

The first will be responsible for shortlisting entries in each category.  This panel consists of:

Stage 2

The second judging panel will be a smaller group of individuals with no affiliation to any particular agency or entrant. This is vital to the independence and credibility of the awards.

This group, will be made up of HR Directors, experienced recruitment agency professionals (not affiliated to any particular agency) and executives from other marketing disciplines.
